Getaways, LLC Rentals policies and conformation must be signed and returned immediately. Please
mail to PO Box 1806 Gatlinburg, TN 37738 or call 1-866-4 cabin 2 to fax it in to us. Thank you
for your cooperation. Peaceful Getaways, LLC , a rental management company has the following rules
and regulations pertaining to the use of our cabins. These rules are in place to insure that you and other
guest of Peaceful Getaways, LLC have a safe and pleasurable stay, as well as securing the investment
of the property owners. Our office hours are Mon-Sat 9a.m.-7p.m. Our office is closed

* Credit cards are accepted.
* Rates are given in US currency * There is a Minimum 2 night
rental requirement *
You must be 21 years of age in order to rent a property.
* We have a NO PET policy

* The cleaning fee is a one time fee plus tax and is as follows:
* $55.00-$75.00
based on cabin size
This charge is a basic cleaning fee and is based on the size of the cabin. This does not include
a cabin that is left extremely dirty. If there are additional charges for cleaning you will be
notified in writing.
* Please note that the fireplaces are closed April - September * CHECK-IN is any time after 3 pm. All balances must
be paid 48 hours prior to check-in. * CHECK-OUT is at 10am sharp. Anyone with out approval that checks out after 11am will be
charged for an additional
night. * Before checking out we ask that you bag up all garbage in & out
side the cabin. Please place all out
side garbage in the Trash cans that are provided for you. This will insure animals
won�t get into it.
Additional bags of garbage need placed in side the cabin. Please place all wet
towels in the
bath tubs and not on the floors. Please start the dishwasher as you exit the cabin. This makes the
cleaning
process much quicker and is greatly appreciated. We ask that you turn off all fans, lights,
and appliances. Please turn
the thermostat to 68 degrees in the winter and 74 degrees in the summer.

PLEASE note for items missing and or broken in the cabin, there will be a replacement charge ( ex�s
mattress pads, blankets, pillows, electronics, wall hangings, etc).
If the TV, satellite, and or DVD are disconnected
there is a fee of $ 100.00 to reconnect, so please be
very careful. If this occurs please contact the office immediately
so that we can get those items in
working order for you again. * Housekeeping services will not
be provided for the duration of your stay. The Cabins are cleaned
before and after your stay. * We ask that you only put toilet paper in the commodes to prevent stoppage.
There will be a $ 25.00 fee by
maintenance to unstop commodes. *
A DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required in the amount of $100.00 1-3 bedrooms
$200.00 4-5 bedrooms on all reservations, which will be fully
refunded after check out. This deposit
will be mailed directly back to whom paid the deposit
at the time of booking!
* Cabins
must be paid in full before key codes and directions are given out. Checks are accepted up
to 14 days
of your arrival after that you must use credit cards, money orders or cashiers checks.

will not be responsible for any items left. If you request for us to pick the items up
we will mail them to you COD. * *

Peaceful Getaways will not be responsible for getting you to or from your cabin. Please ensure
that you prepared for possible weather and road conditions as we do not refund rental fees

time the conformation is received and the reservation is paid in full, you will then
receive a packet containing directions to your cabin door, where there will be an electronic
lock for you to enter by. The code will work for the duration of your stay--- saving
you from having to keep up with keys. * Absolutely NO fireworks
at any time are allowed for any occasion. * Each
cabin has a maximum occupancy limit. Which is strongly enforced!!! If guests are caught Exceeding
the limit they will be asked to leave immediately with a refund. This means absolutely ALL balances must be paid in full- for a full 48 hours before arrival . NO SHOWS will
forfeit any monies that have been placed on the cabin.CANCELLATION
POLICY requires you to notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of your WEATHER due to winter weather , Four-wheel
drive vehicles or chains may be required for your CONFORMATION
with the contract agreement will be mailed or faxed directly to you and must be NO HOUSE PARTIES!!!! * Some items that you may need
for your stay would be charcoal, lighter fluid, fabric softener, coffee filters, grocery
items, bath soaps, extra tissue ( only starter roll is provided ) beach towels, curling irons
and any other hygiene products that you may need. *
The cabins have blow dryers, irons, ironing boards and all major appliances for your convenience. * Phones are incoming and outgoing for local calls only. Under no circumstances
should long distance calls be charged to the cabin phone! * Please do not burn anything in the gas fireplaces, as doing so may damage the logs. * due
to acts of GOD, weather, loss of electricity, cable outage, breakdown of any appliances. If the break
down of any appliance occurs please contact the office immediately and we will have maintenance
address the problem immediately. It is our goal to insure that you have a wonderful time
at Peaceful Getaways. * recommended that you shower after exiting the hot tub. We will not assume responsibility for any jewelry or clothing that may get damaged if worn into the hot tub. only as an agent for the owners .
Under no circumstances will management be responsible for any loss, damage, expense,
claim injury, direct or indirect as a result of rescheduling, changes or delays in the
provisions of Peaceful Getaways, LLC. Peaceful Getaways reserves the right to refuse or discontinue
service to any person and or rescind any contract or guest services. All properties are privately
owned and management will not be responsible for accidents, injury to guest, loss of money,
personal property or valuables of any kind. It is Peaceful Getaways wish for our guest to have
an amazing stay and a safe stay with us, that they will want to repeat year after year. I have read and fully understand the rules and regulations of Peaceful Getaways, LLC. I certify that
I am 21 years of age or older and that I will be held responsible for the care of the
rented property. I hold the responsibility for any damage done to the property during
my stay and/or extra cleaning charges assessed during that time and discovered at the
departure from the rental property. I authorize those charges to be taken from my security
deposit and understand that I will receive written notice from Peaceful Getaways, LLC
if this should occur. SIGNED
